All frames should be completely disassembled (including headset and bottom bracket) prior to shipping. If you prefer, BBC can disassemble complete bicycles or components for an additional charge.

We highly recommend packing your frame carefully in a bicycle shipment box, which is available at most bicycle shops free of charge. To ensure safe delivery and protection of a finished frame from scratches, we recommend that the frame be wrapped completely with either bubble wrap or soft foam wrap. Then padded in the shipping box with either crushed newspapers or styrofoam beads. Helmets can be wrapped similiarly and placed in the same box. We also highly recommend the purchase of shipping insurance.
